Registering for the Simple Church Revolution Course
Note: There are THREE steps to the registration process:
1. Fiil out the form below.
2. Pay the registration fee ($45).
3. Set up your profile on the course site. This is the site that has all the course information and allows participants to interact with one another. Information on how to do this will be sent to you after steps 1 & 2 are completed.
You will NOT be fully registered until all THREE steps are completed!
REGISTRATION FORM:
Please read and acknowldege that you agree to the following:
1. I understand the course registration fee is non-refundable.
(There are limited spaces available and canceling after signing up will
create difficulties).
2. I understand that there are three online meeting times. I understand
that it is important to be present at all three of these times: March
10, 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, March 24, and April 7 at 5:00 PM Pacific
Daylight Savings Time.
3. I understand that the course requires 1-2 hours per week of study and
interaction. I am willing to complete this work because I recognize that
the quality of our interactions with each other depends on every participant
staying current on this.
