Registering for the Simple Church Revolution Course
Note: There are THREE steps to the registration process:
1. Fiil out the form below.
2. Pay the registration fee ($45).
3. After you complete steps 1 & 2, you will be emailed information on how to go to the course site and set up your profile.
You will NOT be fully registered until all THREE steps are completed!

Please read and acknowldege that you agree to the following:
> I understand the course registration fee is non-refundable.
(There are limited spaces available and canceling after signing up will
create difficulties).
> I understand that there are three online meeting times. I understand
that it is important to be present at all three of these times: February
8, February 22, and March 7 at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
> I understand that the course requires 1-2 hours per week of study
and interaction. I am willing to complete this work because I recognize
that the quality of our interactions with each other depends on every
person's participation.
